Madalina is the Director of OMG Partners, bringing 13 years of international PR experience to companies building innovation across sectors - from deep tech and venture capital to SaaS and consumer brands.

An accredited PR professional and member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR), the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA), she combines strategic rigour with the agility ambitious companies need to break through.

Beyond client work, Madalina is a Tech London Advocate, championing diversity in STEM, and a Founding Member of The Female Forum,  a curated network helping women in business thrive. She has volunteered her PR expertise to organisations including Frog Valley, London's leading entrepreneurship network, and Fine Cell Work, a charity enabling prisoners to build crime-free lives through creative needlework.
